For years, Bob Baranaskas, with his son Chris and Warbirds Over Long Island, thrilled airshow visitors with aerial displays in their P-40 and P-51 World War II fighters. On Sunday, April 5, 2009, Bob was lost when his P-40 crashed into the Atlantic Ocean off of Long Island. These photos of Bob performing are in tribute to this fine aviator and gentleman.
