Over the Labor Day holiday weekend, the AAM is marking the anniversary of the Berlin Airlift, which kept that city supplied with vital supplies during the Soviet blockade of 1948 and 1949. They also honored the women of the World War II Women Airforce Service Pilots (WASP) Program.
